Being is body and mind, physical and mental, inseparable.
Well-being' is quite simply the balance,

the harmony between both of them,
so that they have mutual respect for each other.

A healthy, authentic 'presence with oneself' strengthens our balance
and enables us to understand reality more accurately.

Feelings, thoughts and emotions are always reflected,
at the level of the body, by tensions, more or less profound,
depending on the degree of intensity that triggers them.

The body is the seat of these manifestations, but,
we are unaware of this, because Western education
has for centuries focused on thought,
neglecting the importance of the body. 
It's time we paid more attention to ourselves,
to get to know ourselves,
understand and respect ourselves, in our entirety.
